RSS Feeds on SEC Watch
RSS Feeds are available on most pages containing data. Navigate to the page (view site map) to the page you are interested in and click "RSS" next to the title of the page.

By filing type - navigate to a filing type of interest (ie. Form 5, Form 10-Q, etc.) by clicking on the "Filings" tab in the top navigation (http://secwatch.com/filings). Filter by filing type and click the 'RSS' button to retrieve the URL.
By company - Use the search box to find a company of interest (ie. Search for 'Google'). Click on the company name within the search results to view the latest filings from that company. Click the 'RSS' button to retrieve the URL. By insider - Use the search box to find an insider of interest. Click on the insiders name within the search results to view the latest filings from the insider. Click the 'RSS' button to retrieve the URL. |
Insider Trading RSS Feeds |
By transaction type - Navigate to the recent insider trades section of SEC Watch (http://secwatch.com/insidertrading/recent.jsp). Filter by transaction code and click the 'RSS' button to retrieve the URL. By company - Use the search box to find a company of interest (ie. Search for 'Google'). Click on the company name within the search results, click on the 'Insider Trading' tab under the company name. Click the 'RSS' button to retrieve the URL. |
